Our friend Molly came over on Thanksgiving to take some very very cute pictures of Harry. I can't post any of the extremely cute ones yet... because those are surprises for Christmas presents :) but here are two of my other favorites... along with my ultimate favorite photo of Tae (seen above). She's the best dog in the universe!!!!!!!!!!!
Happy Thanksgiving! Wow this year there is so much to be thankful for. First and most importantly, my awesome little family: Steve and Harrison; Gandalf, Tae and Mack; Otis, Annie and Della. Every morning I wake up happy that I have so many blessings :)
I'm thankful for our patient families in PA who we miss like crazy and who miss us (especially Harry!)
and I'm thankful for our great friends here in Kanab and back in PA. You know who you are :)
Happy Thanksgiving!!!
"I don't know what pumpkin pie is yet... but I think I like it."
Tonight Harry decided he doesn't need help holding his bottle. Steve and I were completely amazed at how insistent he was about it. He kept grabbing at his bottle so Steve said "Fine, you want to hold your own bottle, go ahead." And the little bug did just that! ha!
Wonder how we get work done during the day with a 3 month old baby? Well, with Gandalf the babysitter stepping in to help out. Too funny... Harry chills out in front of the tube to watch The Wiggles while Gandalf snoozes on his disc chair.
Here's a video from a week or two ago... please note that Harry is now a BIG boy and rides facing FORWARD and not in his wimpy car seat like in the video.. heh heh..
Wow! This weekend was busy! First of all, Harry is growing by leaps and bounds. We decided that since he has pretty good neck strength to try him out in his stroller withOUT the car seat. This is a big deal! He can now ride facing forward and see the whole world around him! Fun stuff! This also means we could try out mommy's JOGGING stroller!! Whoa!! Talk about a whole new fun experience for Hars! This crazy thing has a mountain bike frame so it rides over all the bumps with ease, but best of all, Harry is seated in such a way that is super comfy and REALLY lets him see all angles of the road ahead. He was having the BEST time. He was laughing and smiling. THANK YOU DEB for this awesome stroller! I tell you what, you really made Harry's weekend!!!!! :) :)
I can't officially "jog" with him yet... he should be at least 6 months old. I don't want to jostle his little bean around too hard. But it's great for leisurely strolls around Kanab.
We also went to a neat balloon festival in Page, AZ. They had a balloon glow... basically 50 or so balloons lined up the streets of Page when the sun went down, and then they fired up the hot air and the town was aglow! It was beautiful and so much fun!!
On Sunday my friends Courtney, Carragh and Zoe came to visit Harry! Zoe is two years old and she did a VERY fine job of holding Harry and giving him a nice big hug. :-) Too cute!
Well, now it's time for some Eagles football. I really hope they kill the Cowboys! (sorry Lisa!!)
We tried out his new "exersaucer" tonight. It's for FOUR month olds.. but Harry's so "advanced" that he got right in and started rockin' :-) Seriously, I'm amazed at how well he holds himself up!! He was standing upright with NO help for about 15 minutes straight!!!
And one last pic from Halloween... the calm after the storm.
