Saturday morning was alright.. but then it quickly became a weird, windy, blizzardy, and crazy afternoon. Here is the calm after the storm:

Just when I was saying March was going to be a much better, healthier month... BAM! We get sick! JJ has been illin' with a fever, tummy issues and our old friend, the rash. However, being that he's super sweet JJ who doesn't let much bother him, he's kept a smile the whole time.

I have high hopes for March. Let's see -- so far JJ has slept through the night completely! two nights in a row!!! (knocking on wood) The weather is a lot nicer, our water is finally back on, and everyone is healthy.

Our little Della peacefully crossed over this morning. She fell ill suddenly last week and today we knew it was time to let her go. She was around 16 or 17 years old and we are so happy she was a part of our family. We'll miss her sweet little meow and friendly personality. She was never mean and even tolerated her twice daily thyroid meds. We love you Delly.
